It is freezing here in Darjeeling. We are here as part of our road trip to Sikkim.

The Christmas fervour in this hill station is sober and not like the ones we had seen in the last trips during this time in Sri Lanka or Goa.

The place retains its erstwhile British legacy and St Andrews Church is a lovely testimony for that.

Built in 1883, this is a small cute church on top of a small hill in a prominent place in the city.

Wishing you all a "Merry Christmas" from Darjeeling!
