Which is the Geographical centre point of India?

I am not quizzing you like a quiz master!

Your answer just like mine would be "Somewhere in Central India".

We happened to see the Centre point of India in Nagpur in Central India when we were there in December last year. This is not a big draw like Middle of the world monument in Ecuador which is a major tourist attraction.

Next time when you visiting Nagpur, don't forget to  notice a sand stone pillar with four stone horses. Located opposite the Assembly hall, this is called "Zero Mile stone". The Zero Mile Stone was erected by the British who used this point to measure all the distances. Each horse denote a cardinal direction.

Times of India group have taken over the responsibility to maintain this as a monument which is a good sign.
