                                                                  The Lalit Hotel:

The Lalit is located just a stone's throw away from the Barakhamba metro station. The hotel has exceptionally diverse classes of rooms and suites. The rooms are pretty modern and clean and the standout in all the rooms are the classy wooden floors.

Business Executive Rooms are one of the most classy and modern Rooms. It is original and has great comfort level.

The coffee house on the ground floor which opens to a small outdoor garden with tables and chairs are popular among the Indians. A nice swimming pool on the 3rd floor adds grace to the image of the hotel.

                                                                Hotel Connaught:

Connaught hotel has a stupendous view of the Shivaji stadium on one side. The wide window opens to the hockey stadium, also used during Commonwealth games in 2010. Though much pride hung on the view, Connaught Hotel has established a name for itself. Hordes of fresh roses on a wooden table welcome you to the hotel.

Bhowani Junction is a restaurant with an Indian-western twist. With neatly aligned wooden chairs and tables, it exudes grandness.

                                                               The Imperial Hotel:

Enough can't be said about the grandness of this place. The exterior building has a humble bearing to a govt. office, and belie the grandness of the place inside it. It was one of the earliest five star Hotels in India, since 1936. Inaugurated by Lord Willingdon, the hotel was later passed on to the Indians when the British left India. But the place still has a flair of the British colonial past. Once you enter the grand Lobby, you'll know instantly that you are going back into history and time.

Grand Lobby as spacious as this is rare to see. The first time I saw it, I said to myself- a vehicle could easily pass through this.
The Hotel has a huge collection of enviable paintings dating back to pre-Independence era. All rooms and corridors are decorated with such charms of old paintings.
The hotel burrows in the heart of the city and the main gate opens to Janpath, a popular shopping destination for foreigners.
